Hamilton, Ontario · 2023–present
300% year-over-year increase in sales in 2024.
A multi-year design, marketing and systems partnership with a Hamilton contractor.
Full engagement
Superior is a long-running partnership. We designed the logo and brand identity, built the original website and later redesigned and redeployed it, including a migration. Content is developed for the site and social channels, and we manage the ad campaigns and social content. Behind the scenes, Papaya implemented a robust invoicing and ERP system, sourced and delivered custom crew apparel, and produced custom die-cut magnetic logos with QR codes for non-invasive vehicle branding. 2024 was the business's best summer, with a 300% year-over-year increase in sales.

A multi-location barbershop running on one website, one CRM and one ad engine.
Full engagement
Othman's runs several shops across Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph, so the website is organised around locations: each shop has its own page with hours, services and directions, and booking is integrated so a visitor can go from search to chair without a phone call. Behind it, we set up and continue to optimize the CRM that tracks clients and follow-ups. Content is shot and edited for social and ads, and we run the ad campaigns month to month.

How much does a website cost in Kitchener-Waterloo?

Business websites of up to 10 pages run $3,000–$5,000, content-rich or multi-location sites of 10–30 pages $6,000–$10,000, custom or online-store builds start at $5,000, and complex platforms with portals, payments and integrations run $30,000–$50,000+. All prices are CAD plus HST.
Do you only work with Kitchener-Waterloo businesses?
No. Papaya Creative Studio is based in Kitchener, Ontario, with clients across Ontario and around the world, including Dubai. We work remote-first: a scoping call or email, previews on a live link and reviews by video.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed from a blank page around your customers — what they need, what convinces them and what makes them act.
Will you negotiate on price?
Our prices are published and fixed. We don't discount, we re-scope: if the budget doesn't fit, we remove deliverables until it does. You get one fixed written quote after a quick scoping call or email.
What else does Papaya do besides websites?
Full-service marketing, CRM and admin panels from $4,000, Meta ads management from $400 a month plus ad spend, SEO and AI search visibility, and business apparel — staff uniforms and merch from $13 a piece.
How big a project can Papaya take on?
Anything from a $950 one-page site to $10,000–$100,000+ engagements. We produce, deploy and deliver for businesses with under 10 employees and for large companies with complex projects.
Who owns the website when it's finished?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, and the site can live on your own Cloudflare account.
How do I get a quote?
Book a 15-minute scoping call — call or text +1 (226) 535-7446, or tap "Get a quote" on any pricing card. After the call you get one fixed written quote with every deliverable listed. Once you accept it, the price doesn't move.
