Websites from $950

Web design
Ontario

Papaya Creative Studio is based in Kitchener-Waterloo and designs custom websites for businesses across Ontario and Canada from $950. Business sites typically run $3,000–$5,000 and content-rich sites $6,000–$10,000, in CAD plus HST. Work is remote-first: a quick scoping call or email, one fixed written quote, then design reviews over video.

Questions

Common
questions

Does it matter that my web designer isn't in my town?

For most businesses, no. What matters is that the designer understands your customers and gives you a clear price; scoping, design reviews and launch all work well over video, and nobody has to cover travel time.

How does a remote website project with Papaya work?

It starts with a quick scoping call or email, followed by one fixed written quote. Once you accept, we share designs and working drafts for review on video calls, run our 20-item pre-launch checklist, and hand over a site you own outright.

How can a remote designer understand my local market?

By asking the right questions and listening to the answers. Scoping, by call or email, covers who your customers are, what they search for and what they ask before they buy, and you know your area better than any agency down the street would.

Is your pricing different depending on where I am in Ontario?

No. Our prices are published and apply wherever you are: from $950 for a one-page site, $3,000–$5,000 for up to 10 pages and $6,000–$10,000 for content-rich sites, all CAD plus HST. Scope sets the quote, not your postal code.

Who owns the website when the project is finished?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and you own the site files; hosting runs on Cloudflare with no monthly platform fee, and the optional Website Care plan is $79 a month if you want us to look after it.
